Welcome to the College Media Network website. What, I hear you ask, is this all about?
Well, at CMN we offer students or recent graduates looking to hone their media skills, and to gain hands-on journalistic or editorial experience, with a range of great training and internship opportunities.
Basically we run or are involved in a number of programmes which provide genuine work experience for anyone considering a media career. Roles on these programmes are voluntary, but differ from other internships in that you'll receive formal training and see your work published in well respected media.
Details of current programmes and how to apply are given here on the CMN website. We look forward to hearing from you!
CMN is also about providing tools and support to students involved in their own media and ents, and we'll be launching a new part to the site for this purpose very soon.
